Mood Media Announces New EVP/Chief Financial Officer

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Mood Media, the world’s leading in-store media solutions company
dedicated to elevating the Customer Experience, announced today that
Stephen Duggan will be joining Mood’s executive leadership team as EVP
Chief Financial Officer, effective November 30, 2018.

Mr. Duggan spent the last six years at media giant Viacom and served in
various positions, most recently as the Worldwide General Manager of
Global Business Services. While at Viacom, he rolled out enterprise
systems and best practices for the company globally, building and
transitioning the business to a collection of shared services, sites and
processes across multiple offices. Mr. Duggan began his career at Arthur
Andersen. He moved on to become the Chief Operating Financial Officer
of Publishing Group of America, the CEO of Alpha Media Group, and the
President CEO of Athlon Sports Communications prior to joining Viacom
in 2012

Mr. Duggan will be based in Mood’s headquarters in Austin, TX.

As part of a transition plan, Tom Garrett, Mood’s current EVP Chief
Financial Officer, will be leaving the Mood business and pursuing new
opportunities. Mr. Garrett and Mr. Duggan will work closely together
during a transition period that will extend into the first quarter of
2019.
